19 Dec BRIDGE
Building a BRIDGE towards the future through multidisciplinary work with IMID patients.
This has been the objective of our BRIDGE project (Be Refocused On Immunology, Dermatology, Gastroenterology & Rheumatology), meeting space for immunologists, dermatologists, rheumatologists and gastroenterologists from all over Italy.
Two days of scientific activities to discover new horizons in the therapeutic field by putting in the spotlight two key aspects: the innovations in the treating of some IMID pathologies (immune-mediated inflammatory disease) and the development of a multi-professional collaboration network.
The experts have worked in multidisciplinary teams to share opinions and experiences in order to improve their approach to the patient throughout the duration of the treatment.
To address the innovation and multidisciplinarity in all spheres of society, the RAI journalist, Franco Di Mare, has lead round tables with special guests such as Piergiorgio Odifreddi, mathematician, logician and aficionado of the history of science, and Manuela Cirilli, tech of medical applications at CERN in Geneve.
