SIMI (Italian Society of Internal Medicine) is the oldest Italian scientific society.

Over the years, its annual national congress has become an important appointment for professional training and in-depth analysis of highly topical issues in the field of Internal Medicine and related specialties.

Aristea has been organizing the national congress, as Core PCO, for over 15 years.

Over all these years we have collaborated with SIMI to experiment with new organizational formats and to involve an ever increasing number of young internists who have taken part in all the initiatives with great enthusiasm.

During the 2020-2021 pandemic, we collaborated in the development of new methods, transforming the medical congress into a virtual event, with more than 50 hours of live streaming.
