Aristea Conference Center

Our conference center, designed specifically to meet the needs of the meeting industry and integrated with our expertise, was established in 2019 to embrace digital innovation and its potential, thanks to the synergy between the creative team, the execution team, and technology specifically tailored for us.

The virtual space of the conference center fully recreates the environments and opportunities for information and interaction typical of an in-person event, from the plenary room to sponsor booths and the welcome desk, all personalized. The user experience is simplified and seamless, helping participants navigate immediately and feel as comfortable as in a physical setting.

By anticipating meeting industry trends with the creation of the conference center, we were fully prepared to meet the demands imposed by the pandemic that began in 2020, producing around 20 tailor-made events for scientific societies and beyond, where over 15,000 people from more than 60 countries had the opportunity to learn, connect, stay informed, and remain in contact.
