12Taking time to reflect, exchange ideas and define new goals is an integral part of the way Aristea approaches growth. With this spirit, Aristea Retreat 2026 brought together colleagues from across the Group for two days dedicated to strategic planning, open dialogue and the strengthening of our corporate culture.
The Retreat provided an opportunity for every Business Unit to share its journey, celebrate achievements and discuss future challenges. It was a valuable occasion to recognise the contribution of each team, encourage collaboration across the organisation and reinforce the shared vision that drives our continued development.
One of the highlights of the programme was an inspiring keynote by Maurizia Cacciatori, former captain of the Italian National Volleyball Team, who shared her experience on the importance of teamwork, trust, active listening and leadership in building resilient, high-performing organisations.
The Retreat also marked an important milestone in defining the priorities that will guide Aristea’s future, reaffirming our commitment to innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.
