EuGMS 2025 in Reykjavik

The 21st Congress of the European Geriatric Medicine Society (EuGMS), held in Reykjavik from 24 to 26 September 2025, brought together Europe’s geriatric community for one of the field’s leading international scientific gatherings, fostering knowledge exchange, professional development and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Aristea worked alongside EuGMS throughout the planning and delivery of the Congress, supporting the Society in coordinating the organisational, scientific and digital dimensions of a project of considerable international scope and complexity.

The project was delivered through an integrated project management approach, ensuring effective coordination between the Society’s governing bodies, institutional partners, industry stakeholders, suppliers and all parties involved. This collaborative framework enabled consistent execution across every stage of the project while maintaining the flexibility required by a dynamic international environment.

Particular attention was given to the integration of digital platforms, the optimisation of the delegate experience and the implementation of sustainable event management practices, in line with Aristea’s ISO 20121 certified management system.

EuGMS 2025 further reinforces Aristea’s expertise in supporting international scientific organisations through the delivery of complex congress projects, combining strategic coordination, operational excellence and digital innovation to help achieve long-term organisational objectives.
