IIW Annual Assembly 2020-2021

To enable the Annual Assembly of the IIW (International Institute of Welding) during the COVID-19 emergency, our company developed a comprehensive digital solution that allowed delegates from around the world to participate despite travel restrictions.

We designed and developed a customized virtual platform, creating a cohesive graphic identity to reflect IIW’s brand and foster an interactive and welcoming environment for all participants.

The event spanned 10 days, with streaming and on-demand content to meet the needs of users across 24 different time zones. Thanks to this setup, delegates were able to access sessions at times compatible with their locations, actively participating in the Assembly. The result was a successful global event that ensured high levels of engagement, maintaining the required interactivity and accessibility, and enabling IIW to hold its Annual Assembly seamlessly, fully adapting to the challenges posed by the pandemic.
